We're currently seeking a *full-time, in-person English Learner (ELL/ESL) Teacher* to support a school district in *Franklin County, Massachusetts* for the *2026-2027 school year* Position Details: * *Start Date:* ASAP * *Location:* *Franklin County, Massachusetts* * *On-Site, 35 hours per week* * *School Year:* *2026/2027* * *Grade Levels:* Primarily *grades 2-5*, with ESL services spanning *PreK-6* Qualifications: * Massachusetts ESL PreK-6 License (preferred) * Massachusetts ESL 5-12 License * Experience supporting *multilingual learners* in an elementary setting (or similar). * Ability to collaborate effectively with classroom teachers and support teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities: * Provide direct ELL/ESL instruction aligned to students' language proficiency levels and classroom expectations. * Collaborate with general education teachers to plan supports/scaffolds that increase access to grade-level content. * Support language development across listening, speaking, reading, and writing. * Monitor and document student progress; adjust strategies as needed. * Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with families and school staff.
